Develop and improve solutions spanning data processing activities from the data lake (stage) to star schemas and reporting view’s / tables and finally into Azure Analysis Services.
Develop and improve Microsoft Analysis Services and Azure Analysis Services cubes (tabular and dimensional)
Proficient in MDX and DAX
Experience in Healthcare domain and has worked with different file formats like HL7, CCDA, FHIR etc.
Implement Role Based Access Controls at Cube level
Reverse engineer existing cubes/data models and devise migration plan
Collaborate with other teams within the organization and be able to devise the technical solution as it relates to the business & technical requirements
Maintain documentation for all processes implemented
Adhere to and suggest improvements to coding standards, best practices, and contribute to the improvement of these best practices
