Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to understand/document their business requirements
Creating a detailed business analysis of the functional specifications, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions.
Coordinate with developers to build ,test and implement technology solutions
Integrate multiple systems and reconcile the needs of different teams
Design of test strategy, scripts, plans and validation of Client's requirement.
Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)
Provide advice ,knowledge management, Documentation and technical training.
Keep abreast of technology trends and developments
Reporting -Develop and generate the data quality metrics for the project.
Experience in ALM tools knowledge like JIRA, Confluence etc 

Preferred: 

At least 9 years of proven experience as an Business Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role
Utilities domain’s Work Management / Field Services is good to have
Experience in project management and Agile life cycle 
Experience with test driven development and version control tools
Experience in Utility domain, databases and SQL
Understanding of business practices &technology trends
Excellent communication and writing  skills
Analytical mindset & Problem-solving aptitude
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Experience in working Dataware House technoligies, MSBI, Informatica
