Key Points to remember while sourcing candidates for Android Developer position.
- Java and Kotlin experience at minimum 4 yrs hands on.
- Android Developer should have genuine experience of 4+ yrs in Android Development, Kotlin and API Integration nothing less than this.
- Integration experience with rest API or microservices
- Working with safe Agile team added advantage.

Key Skills to Look For
- 5-7 development experience in Kotlin.
- 2-3 Android development experience.
- Fin Tech / Banking experience (nice but not necessary)
- Example apps in the stores
- 5-7 years’ experience on native dev
- Hands on working experience in Kotlin
- Experience with Reactive Programming (RxJava), Dependency Injection (Dagger), Retrofit and Kotlin
- Technical degree or additional experience
- Excellent communication skills.
