As the Scrum Master of multiple hybrid agile teams working to develop the Biocontinuum platform (BioProcessing / Innovation Management) in an international context, you guide and coach non-software, lab-based R&D teams on how to use Agile practices, principles and mindsets to bring flow of value delivery and establish synergy with the rest of the organization.
These teams are largely focused around expertise and application knowledge, requiring an open mindset to help define, prioritize, and track project execution and value delivery in a way that is efficient for the team and it's evolving needs.
You resolve team impediments with other Scrum Masters and peers to increase the effectiveness of the application of Agile in the organization.
You help the teams embrace SAFe Core Values, adapt and apply Agile and SAFe Principles, implement SAFe best practices and help the Product Owners/SMEs in their efforts to manage the backlog.
You support the team’s efforts to continuously improve communications and relationships with other teams and you frequently represent the team around the various channels and departments Mentor and coach colleagues and seek opportunities for continuous improvement within the team and across Bio Continuum Platform *Who you are:* * PSM or SAFe certified *
Ability to experiment and customize agile best practices to the evolving needs of the team with a focus on continuous improvement* * Innovative and ability to think outside the box for creative problem solving
Demonstrated understanding and practical experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other project management tools
Knowledge of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats etc)
Experience as a practicing Scrum Master with in-depth knowledge of Scrum + Kanban and implementation of Agile Methodologies to multiple teams in projects & programs
Experience working with global and diversified teams
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and strong negotiation skills
Experience with leading, facilitating cadence-based meetings * Ability to work in a rapidly changing fast-paced, multi-task environment
