Overall experience:

• Senior: 10 years of Java and 5 years RESTful API development
• Developer: 3 years of Java and 2 years RESTful API development
  Compiler development experience is required.
• Not looking for someone who has used compilers, but someone who has built/developed compiler
• Program analysis knowledge is helpful.
• Language engineering skills are required.
• Experience in developing Static Analysis and/or Dynamic Analysis Tools is adequate to replace compiler development experience (above).
• Experience as a professional Java engineer building apps, components and services for the enterprise
• Senior developer: minimum 7 years of recent (not too old) experience in:
  Java language,microservices development, RESTful API development, and
  Requires no technical training to become productive
• Java OO design amp; development skills and familiarity with Java tools like Junit, Log4j
