Requirements • 12-14 years of IT experience • Expertise in project management and program management • Strong communication skills and ability to work and coordinate with multiple teams • Go-getter and a natural problem solver • Handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities • Identify and understand program objectives • Creation and management of program management plan/schedule • Oversee all activities associated with the program to ensure the program achieves its goals • Aggressive Tracking of program execution and initiate appropriate actions to meet targets in stipulated timeframes • Work well with varying levels of management including HR, Sourcing, Facility etc • Prepare status reports and conduct periodic review meetings to update project management regularly
