Project Management of Application Technology upgrades / migrations.

Adhere to Customer project management processes and procedures.

Work with stakeholders to ensure project scope definition to meet business objectives Identify and manage to the critical path and milestones of a schedule.

Project planning, execution, and control of risks.

Identify risks and issues, which impact program and project deliverables with follow through on mitigation, resolution and path to green.

Closely monitor project progress and ensure timely completion

Prepare and report project status on a regular basis, including metrics needed for various risk groups.

Direct the communication of status and issues to direct manager and Program Manager in a timely manner as expected.

Escalations to management and business as required

Coordination of global virtual teams working across multiple time zones / regions:

Technical Attributes (3-6 years’ experience):

Strong Microsoft Project Skills: Project schedule building / editing with multiple dependencies / schedules shifting.

Able to maintain and report project delivery tracking and metrics.

Able to articulate the project lifecycle.

Strong working knowledge of large-scale Enterprise Data Centers supporting; Network, Databases, Storage, Virtual Environments, Cloud, and related Applications Technologies.

Basic understanding of cloud technologies (VMware, AWS, GCP, Azure, ESX, MaaS, OraaS, MSaaS), and regulatory requirements.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Pivot Tables, vertical and horizontal look ups.

Strong SharePoint experience.

Strong PowerPoint skills. Visual representation of data in charts and graph.

Additional, preferred: Prior experience in financial institution or past experience with large data center migrations.
