The Business Analyst Team Lead is responsible for performing data analysis and providing oversight to a team of business analysts.  The right candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented with excellent task ownership and ability to follow through.  This ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and is able to hold meetings with large groups of people.  The candidate should be highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. This role is an integral part of a large SAP S/4HANA implementation for a global Fintech company. Requirements·       Analyze data to ensure the new environment is configured appropriately, and all data in the new environment is complete and correct ·       Manage discovery sessions with large groups of people guiding the team to accomplish the identified goals of the meeting ·       Assist with documenting and understanding business processes, set up, configuration, and design ·       Assist and or prepare business requirements, business processes, support scripts ·       Assist with testing as required in order to validate the functionality of the product according to the requirement specifications ·       Perform light Project Management efforts such as coordinating working sessions, documenting meeting minutes and decisions, creating status reports on project progress and issues, and tracking and managing key project risks and issues ·       Assist with delivering successful change management  ·       Leverage PowerPoint and Excel to track and communicate project status ·       Support Project Managers in all aspects of the project throughout the entire project lifecyclePreferred RequirementsEducation and Work Experience: ·       5+ years as a Functional Application Business Analyst ·       5+ years of strong data analytics experience ·       1+ years of Agile Methodologies desired ·       Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects desired ·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics preferred ·       Project Management experience a plus Specialized Knowledge, skills, and/or Abilities: ·       Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities  ·       Demonstrated high aptitude with Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel skills  ·       Good understanding of change management methodology
