The Project Manager plans, organizes, executes, evaluates, and leads systems projects from concept through closure. This includes all aspects of system implementation, following the Project Management Office’s standards and procedures, to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations, and maintaining a high level of quality through communication, customer service and organizational practices. Risk Management and Mitigation; Management of Project Budget(s); Communication Management; Development and execution of communication plans at all levels, including the office of the CEO.
Job Responsibilities:
Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible for
• Managing project activities involving remote Business Operations; Collaboration with supporting organizations: Office of General Counsel, Procurement, Controlling, IT, Accounting, Vendor and Supplier Management, Contract Management, Coordination of plans, and related project activities.
• Conflict resolution. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Development of presentations.
• Working with MS Tools: PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, mail and scheduling tools.
• Project planning and timeline management. Managing multi-million dollar supplier related projects. 

Additional Skills: 

Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Experience in managing large scale, highly complex, fast pace, long-term projects recently
• Proven expertise in: Large scale Project Management utilizing industry recognized PM methods and tools.
• Strong understanding of System Development LifeCycle (SDLC) & IT applications development process
• Experience with both SAFe/Agile, and waterfall methodology
• Lead & coordinate meetings with geographically distributed internal as well as external teams, and follow ups
• Track progress to plan, Schedule, Log, and Risk management
• Prepare presentations, and project documentations
• Resource leveling
• Testing & Defect management
• Launch planning & Post launch stabilization
• Use MS Tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project to manage project
• Experience working with multiple teams
• Financial services/captive auto finance industry experience
• PMP Certification preferred
