Facilitating the Scrum process: The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that the Scrum framework is being followed by the team, and that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
Coaching the team: The Scrum Master is responsible for coaching the team on Scrum principles, practices and values, and helping them to continuously improve.
Removing impediments: The Scrum Master is responsible for identifying and removing any obstacles that may be preventing the team from completing their work.
Protecting the team: The Scrum Master is responsible for protecting the team from external distractions and interruptions, and ensuring that they have the time and space they need to focus on their work.
Facilitating meetings: The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating key meetings such as the Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective, and ensuring that they are productive and efficient.
Tracking progress: The Scrum Master is responsible for tracking the team's progress towards their goals, and ensuring that the team is on track to meet their commitments.
