Someone who is able to speak to their experience in an organized manner.
A buttoned up, poised leader running a highly visible project.
Someone who understands a highly gated environment.
Comfortable helping both IT partners and business partners understand impacts of decisions they could be making (not by saying no, but by helping refine & analyze decisions being made).
Drive through a project while keeping scoping and budget and knowing how to forecast & communicate effectively.
Leading weekly work stream meetings and a steering committee.
