 Key Skills: Product & Business Systems Analyst (Retail & Salesforce experience) (Experience with Salesforce configuration, data model / architecture, and security model is must)

Must have Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related field and experience

·      3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or other relevant experience

·      Experience with Salesforce configuration, data model / architecture, and security model

·      Experience with process flow diagramming with tools such as LucidChart or Elements Cloud

·      Strong proficiency in data analytics, reporting and database management 

·      Ability to balance technical skills with business acumen and to transform end user needs/functional requirements into technical requirements

·      Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing and fast-paced work environment

Nice to Have Experience

·      Experience in Enterprise SaaS, retail IT, or cannabis IT is a plus

·      Salesforce, Agile, and/or PMP certifications  

·      Experience with Adobe/Magento e-commerce, specifically Magento Admin 

·      Working knowledge of the integration points associated with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud 

·      An understanding of Loyalty Platforms and how to create a winning customer experience
