Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Initiates and facilitates project kick-off and inception activities

Coaches and mentors other Scrum Masters to encourage consistent, core best practices across the teams

Takes responsibility for managing dependencies between the Scrum teams and third parties, release managers, or between the Scrum teams

Exhibits desire to continuously learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies from teams and Agile community

Understands Continuous integration and deployment and exhibits ability to run projects in the Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with multiple outside dependencies and remote project team members

Effectively communicates with cross functional teams

May develop and deliver formal presentations and training programs to end users, project teams, management teams and executive management.

Interacts seamlessly with both business and project teams

Facilitates discussions that lead to the resolution of project issues and development impediments

Reports project progress to Program Management and executive level stakeholders

Properly manages shared resources across multiple projects

Ensures all proper training and user documentation has been implemented

Has working knowledge and understanding of Agile Software Development Methodology and incremental delivery

Exhibits a desire to continuously improve, and shows a track record of improvement

Communicates openly and frequently with stakeholders and subject matter experts regarding the state of the project

Actively contributes to the company's Agile and Lean Community through participation in the internal Agile Community of Practice and Scrum Master Forums

Qualifications:

 

4-year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or relational functional field)

8+ years of work as a team member on a scrum project teams

8+ years acting as a ScrumMaster in software development environment working with multiple teams

Must have prior experience in managing MarTech/AdTech projects preferably Adobe and Google platforms

Must have understanding with marketing tools/solutions such as Campaign Management, DMPs, CDPs, etc..

ScrumMaster certification (CSM)

Deep familiarity and understanding of Agile practices, SCRUM, Test Driven Development, XP, & Kanban

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and work with various shared services team like Infrastructure, DevOps and other product engineering teams across domains.

High degree of initiative, purpose and enthusiasm
