Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience with ServiceNow development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management Knowledge Management and other ITSM application.
- Customizing and developing for the ServiceNow Platform using Glide script, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Other Web Based scripting.
- Hands on experience using Client script, Server Scripts, script includes, Business rules, email Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Scheduled Jobs, Events, forms, SLAs, reports, Access Controls, Workflow, Homepage Administration, User Administration, Update sets, Wizards, Surveys, Notifications, Field Administration and etc.
- System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP, Scripted Web-Services, data import and custom transform maps.
- Design and develop integrations with 3rd party software’s and custom data sources.
- Deep technical knowledge of the Service Now
