- ServiceNow System Administrator certified
- 3 years of ServiceNow Administration experience in a working environment
- Candidate should have a good working knowledge of ServiceNOW base tables and relationships
- CMDB knowledge, CI relationship and ITSM module knowledge a must
- Knowledge of ServiceNOW licensing and subscription models
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to jointly develop and implement data governance processes
- Ability to clearly present ServiceNow knowledge and best practices to key stakeholders
- Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory structure
