• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data requirements and data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret data from various data sources including SQL Server databases.
• Perform data mapping, data cleansing, and data transformation tasks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Utilize data visualization tools to create meaningful reports and dashboards for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in migrating data to cloud-based platforms, if applicable.
• Proactively identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies in data, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address data-related questions and concerns.
• Continuously improve data analysis processes and methodologies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong emphasis on SQL and database management.
• Proficient in SQL Server and database management systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Strong data analysis, data mapping, and data visualization skills.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
