JOB DETAIL

Overview:  The project is creating an efficiency study to include direct client survey data to determine the opportunities for improvement in its processes, technology, and operations of the court system including judges and staff.

Responsibilities

  1. Build detailed project plan inc. tasks, resources, budgeted and actual hours expended
  2. Reporting of plan status and green, yellow, red hours expended
  3. Client reporting as needed, at least monthly, most likely weekly
  4. Ensures billing systems are updated and verified; provides weekly reconciliation
  5. Supports consulting team with launch of client surveys and reporting
  6. Schedules all internal and external meetings including set up for on-site and/or off-site meetings
  7. Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
  9. Read and understand court responsibilities as provided by the client
  10. Supports consulting team as needed

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Preferably DC resident as contract is DC with resident requirements
  2. Prior State or Federal Project Management Experience – no less than three years
  3. PMP current certification
  4. Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary constraints
  5. Skilled in visual presentations
  6. Experienced working with leadership teams and staff
  7. Understands/has experience working with process transformation, time studies, AI, and RPA
  8. Forward thinker who understands client and consulting team risk and can communicate alternatives to mitigate risks
  9. Positive/can-do attitude capable of seeing the way to meet the client’s needs within timeline and budget
  10. Commits to one year project with option for two years if needed
  11. Experience developing platforms for internal processes
