Summary of the Project’s Information: The consulting firm is currently the Lead Partner on a banking digital transformation on different fronts. This is a position which will integrate Thought Machine team.

Requirements:

• Banking Sector Experience
• 8+ Years of Experience
• 5+ years of Hands-on experience with agile tools like Jira
• Scrum master experience and well versed in agile / scrum ceremonies
• Capable of taking ownership of a project and managing a team of engineers
• Development Background experience, understanding SDLC
• Experience working with multiple teams composed up to 15 team members or more
• Experience documenting and managing confluence repositories
• Experience with metrics-oriented reporting
