1.      At least five (10) years of experience supporting the design anddevelopment of analytical models, tools, or programs using Oracle tools.

2.      At least five (5) years of experience with interpretingrequirements and developing complex PL/SQL and SQL

3.      Proven ability to reason logically and creatively and use avariety of analytical and research techniques to solve complex problems;visualize data sets; analyze situations and propose an effective course ofaction; analyze data; identify the need for and provide creative thinkingrelated to complex problems, develop and evaluate alternatives.

4.      Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and inwriting with a variety of audience types using different mechanisms includinginformal updates, formal presentations, business case documents, and otheranalytical and technical documents

5.      Proven strong understanding of information technologyfundamentals, project management fundamentals, and systems development lifecycle.

6.      At least five (5) years of experience in some or all areas ofPension, Health Insurance, Customer Service, Finance or Risk.
