JOB DETAIL

Duration: 3-5-month contract Extension

Interview Process: 1-2Teams video interviews with Kevin and team lea

 

Senior JavaDeveloper to join his Cloud CoE Java team.  This role willsupport application owners moving from on-prem to Azure, Cloud PlatformMigrations, troubleshooting, and production support.

 

Kevin would love to find someone local to CT who can go in 1-2 x per week,this is priority for him but would be willing to open it up to remote if wedon’t find anyone.

  

Must haves:

  • 8 years Java development
  • Hands on Agile environment
  • Containers: OpenShift, AKS
  • DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, Build, Deploy)
  • Monitoring tools (App Dynamics/Splunk)
  • Testing Tools (Dev/Performance/Security)
  • Front End UI (JavaScript, Angular, React, Python)
  • Hands on with Microsoft Azure and GCP application migrations (they don’t use AWS at all)

 

Nice to haves:

  • ServiceNow exposure (work intake/support ticketing system used)
  • Websphere knowledge

Team/Role: Will be joining the cloud intake application development team at CVShealth.  This role will support application owners moving from on-prem toAzure, Cloud Platform Migrations, troubleshooting, and productionsupport.  Teams’ developers almost act and think like engineers in asense, they deal with all technologies tied to delivery high level (includinginfrastructure technologies).
