•                   Minimum 10 plus year experience in below tech stack.

•                   Java, Spring MVC and Spring Boot expertise API and Microservice development

•                   Experience training on Java and elevating the code quality of others Front-end UI experience, REACT Angular (would be a bonus)

•                   Need to have good knowledge on secure coding practices

•                   Prior knowledge on working with GIT repository would be helpful

•                   Should be able to provide solutions and design.

•                   Role would require interaction with client architects and discussion.

•                   Knowledge of the Agile processes is needed and should have basic understanding all the Agile ceremonies

•                   Understanding of insurance domain will be added advantage

Soft Skills:

•                   Need to have good communication skills since he will be part of customer Pod and need to update the status on daily basis

•                   Need to be independently working with client and deliver the assigned work independently with good quality

•                   Need to work independently with client and motivate the team to deliver sprint goals.

•                   Ensure the Product delivery by the dev team is as per the agreed upon specifications.
