Project Manager Responsibilities:

Project Management • Project Planning • Makes sure billing details for projects managed and sent in time • Optimal utilization of consultants and profitability of project • Identify appropriate life cycle model and processes for projects • Staffing the project roles with necessary skills • Provide necessary technical leadership to the projects • Monitor project progress and take corrective action • Collection and Analysis of Project Metrics and defects • Ensure customer delight • Responsible for communication with customer • Tracking customer complaints to closure • Defining and understanding customer requirements • Monitor SLAs and their achievement • Risk & Opportunity identification and management • Review of all technical documents • Timely escalation of issues and their resolution • Supervises periodic review (project end and annual) of consultants (performance), and sends review report to H

 

Business Analysis & Testing Responsibilities:

· Experience level 3-8 years, Education Qualification - Graduates, BE, MBA

· Understand, learn, and assist on Business Analysis and Testing lifecycle using STT tools as part of current ongoing work on the account configuration and maintenance project.

· Create Business Requirements document clearly articulating the data requirements, data analysis, data gaps, Standard data flows/interfaces and Custom data flows/interfaces

· Design BRDs/FRDs (Business and Functional Requirement Docs), Data Flows, Data Mapping exercise to the source systems.

· Good understanding on Portfolio Structure

· Work on the Data Modeling as per project requirements

· Good understanding on Asset management and portfolio management

· Good Understanding of XML code and Logic

· Work with the Appian architecture, IT and development teams to analyze the workflows, business process, project needs and translate into technical requirements

· Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications wherever required

· Prepare and review Business Test Plans & Client requirements, coordinate with business teams to validate the finalized business plans and requirements

· All project deliverables will be completed on time and with quality as mutually agreed.

· Workflow analysis, data analysis, requirements analysis and creation of documentation to support the design of workflow capabilities.

· Flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities in an Agile and informal setting

· Strong ability to quickly learn new tools across the front to back processes and data sources

· Meticulous attention to detail placing high value on accuracy and client readiness

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally structured, and team-based environment, as well as independently

· Have basic understanding on SQL knowledge

 

QA Responsibilities

· Analyzes user stories, requirements, wireframes, designs and other project documentation

as appropriate to determine testing scenarios

· Helps in estimation, backlog grooming and works on Stories, Tasks, Bugs, Spike tasks and

Sub-tasks

· Enforces QA Best Practices

· Writes test cases both positive and negative, which enforce the acceptance criteria of features

· Executes test cases, analyze test results, problems or failures and document results

Conducts visual QA and assist product owners in stories/bugs acceptance.
