- Collaborate with client business and technology leadership to provide data strategy and architecture thought leadership (big picture thinking), trusted consultant to develop need and respective data solutions across the enterprise.
- Review existing data architectures to determine overall effectiveness and compliance with original objectives, develop comprehensive strategies for improving or replacing underperforming areas.

- Align and interface with CxOs across business & IT to ensure data solutions are relevant to clients’ enterprise architecture
- Provide data architect expertise to solution, delivery and portfolio enablement team during development of PoCs and prototypes

- Hands-on expertise to come up with Enterprise-level Data Strategy, Design Databases to support enterprise applications and physical data modelling according to project requirements for data acquisition and security.
- Strong technical background with hands-on technical expertise and experience in leading the technical team across various technologies related to On-premise / Cloud Database
- Strong hands-on experience in building logical data models, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data security, Data warehouse, reporting and analytics.
- Will be required to guide and support data engineers.
- Research new technologies, data modelling methods and information management systems to determine which ones should be incorporated into enterprise data architectures, and develop implementation timelines and milestones
Functional relevance of work-experience
- Experience in leading Data Strategy and Architecture for medium to large IT transformation programmes
- Rich US Onsite experience preferred.
- Strong Financial Services industry experience in Insurance and/or Banking domain
