- Expert in Service Now development, administration and configuration, and development.
- Business rules - Client scripts - UI policies - Data policies – ACLs - UI actions - Script includes - Transform -maps – Workflows - Form and list configuration with multiple views - Database views, Inbound Actions.
- Experience in implementing inbound and outbound API integrations and expertise in Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST APIs.
- Working experience with Service Now modules like PPM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB, Knowledge Base is an added advantage.
- Responsible for the gathering technical specification and implementation of the Service Now integration with 3rd party tools/systems.
- Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Angular.js, HTML.
