Min. 7+ years of Mainframe application development and Support experience in JCL, Cobol, IMS (Mandatory), DB2

Must have exposure to IBM Debugger, Endevor, ISPW, ServiceNow and Control M tools

Should have good experience in Job failure debugging, program/data bug identification and analytical skills

Should be aware of ITSM processes such as Incident/Change/Problem Managements and KPI’s/SLA’s

Must have good communication and business interaction skills

Should have worked in Onsite/Offshore model and manage task allocation of ownership of offshore team members
