Our client, a telecommunications company, is currently in need of a Scrum Master/Technical Analyst for a 9-month contract, The consultant can work a mix of onsite 3 days per week and 2 days remote in Greenwood Village, CO, in support of our client’s backend development team for its customer access platform.  The Analyst is filling a hybrid role that understands and can demo a backend API, along with being a Business Analyst and Project Manager.  The BEIA owns the process and must be a strong scrum master that has specifically improved delivery processes and document from as-is and to-be state

Required Skills:

•7 years of technical business analyst, scrum master and backend integration experience

?Must understand ceremonies and artifacts of a Scrum and be able to explain a real-life scenario.

?Must be able to understand what developers do and their process as well as dig into in-depth details to be able to document and improve,

?Identifying issues, driving deliverables, documenting status, managing process, and coaching teams

•Must have Jira experience in tracking progress of user stories.

•Agile experience is a must.

•Must have excellent communications and teamwork skills, being able to interact and add value to the team.

•Telecom or Cable industry experience would be a major plus
