Our partner is a fast growing Commercial Bank seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with Salesforce development skills. This position will be responsible for day-to-day administration of their Salesforce platform including Financial Service Cloud, nCino, SF Marketing Cloud, and Pardot. They will be expected to work with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve issues. They will also be responsible for developing new functionality and enhancements, assist with system integration and new products rolled out to the Salesforce environment.

Required Experience:

• 5 years of Salesforce Administrator experience working with Financial Service Cloud
• Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Cloud
• 5 years of end user support, administrative task management, development tasks required by Agile board.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision as well as in a team/agile setting
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and designs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional details:

• Can you provide a quick overview of what the person will be doing? – Day to day activities such as end user support, administrative tasks, development tasks as required per agile board.
• Salesforce Clouds involved? – FSC, Service, Sales, Community
• Current Team Structure? – multiple scrum teams that operate in scrum/Kanban framework. 3 to 5 developers on each team, 1 to 2 QA, Scrum master, product owner. Person will be sitting on the team that focuses on core FSC initiatives.
• Have you had any outside Salesforce Partners working in the instance? – Yes

              Any 3rd party apps that will need to be integrated – we currently have nCino and Terafina packages, the person would be exposed to these. Having skills with this packages is great but not required.
