The main responsibilities are: 

1. The Programmer Analyst 6 positions will act as a developer and analyst in an agile environment on a small development team to write and test code to implement the user stories and requirements for various ongoing new development and maintenance projects. 
2. Applications are developed using ASP.NET C# 4.6 and/or.NET 6 CORE using REST web services and may have JAVA and JavaScript components.
   
    

Experience, Skills, Knowledge:

Required Skills

1. 5 years of ASP.NET 4.8 and .NET CORE 3.1 or higher (6.0 preferred) and C# experience.
2. 5 years of experience with Agile/SCRUM processes and working for a Sprint Development team.
3. 3 years of JAVA 1.8 and Spring Framework experience.
4. 5 years of experience developing with REST web service interfaces.
5. 5 years of experience with SQL including writing and maintaining complex Select/Insert/Update statements.
6. 3 years of experience working with Azure DevOps / TFS using boards and code repository.
7. 5 years of experience working with GIT code repository software.
8. 5 years of experience developing unit and regression tests.
9. 5 years of experience developing secure websites using industry best practices (such as preventing cross site scripting or SQL injection attacks and coding security logging into software functionality).
10. Familiarity with Oracle database preferred.
11. Familiarity with Design patterns preferred.
