JOB DETAIL

* Assists IT Manager’s in generating the necessarydocumentation for renewing SSL certificates and deploying them on ODM servers.

* Work with MuleSoft architect in converting existingcustom API’s to MuleSoft Anypoint platform.

* Reconfigure existing integrations to use MuleSoftexposed API’s once they are readily available.

* Facilitate the advancement of system development effortto meet business strategies and goals.

* Conduct demos to internal and external Medicaid stakeholders.

* Works with leadership and stakeholders, reviews &recommends software tools, and approaches

to improve operational efficiencies and enhance thecustomer experience upgrading the tools/software.

* Serve as the .Net SME, ensure adoption and adherence tosolution best-practices.

* Conduct and/or participate in solution design reviewsto verify that design meets quality standards and functional/technical requirements.

* Implement all aspects of application development –coding, caching mechanisms, security, encryption, state management, errorlogging, debugging, scalability, code reviews, documentation, and testing.

* Diagnose system defects and trace problematic systembehavior to the origin source code.

* Use documented best practices to ensure systems aredeveloped in a consistent manner that will allow for high scalability.

* Create Solution Job-Aid/How-To Guide, mentor/trainState staff.

* Work with vendors (State, external) in tuning andoptimizing solution performance and improving reliability.

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or informationsystems or related field

*More than 15 years of experience in Information systems in Analysis, Design& Development

*More than 14 years of experience with .Net Framework including Microsoft C#.NetFramework.

*Must have 14 years of developer experience using front-end application codeusing modern web development technologies like Java script, JQuery, Bootstrapand front-end development framework like Vue.JS and Knockout.

*Must have 14 years of experience using Relational databases like MS SQLServer/Oracle using ORMs, writing queries & stored procedures.

* Must have 10 years of experience leading andcoordinating development teams.

* Must have 7 years of experience delivering SOAsolutions by integrating applications and services (WSDL/Schema/SOAP/REST anycombination of)

* Required 10 years of experience in build & setupof infrastructure, troubleshooting and administering of IIS webservers.

* Required 5 years’ experience in ETL development usingMS SQL SSIS

* Ability to integrate .net applications with Tableau, PowerBItools.

* At least 5 years of experience in various data sourcessuch as SharePoint, Salesforce, flat files, SAS and ServiceNow datasets

* At least 5 years of experience in scripting tools likePowerShell & Unix Shell.

* Required 8 years of experience in prototyping,designing mockups and presentations to stakeholders, defining and documentingdevelopment coding standards and guidelines.

* Required 10 years of experience with Microsoft TFS andApplication Configuration.

* Required 5 years of experience with ACRUM/AgileDevelopment practices.

* Required excellent written and oral communicationskills with technical and business teams.

* Required ability to propose, document, and implementsoftware project lifecycle solutions (software and documentation).

* Knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint platform is desired.

* Knowledge of Medicaid is desired, but not required.

* Certifications are preferred.

 

Required Education: BS/BA degree or combination ofeducation & experience.
