Interview Process: 2 rounds; coding challenge on the first round (problem solving), followed by a soft skills interview

Notes:
• Supporting a BPM Rules Engine with most of the work being in Java 11+
• AWS is a must have – currently in a heavy cloud environment
• Should have at least 5+ years of Java experience, must be able to develop/code proficiently without guidance
• Any service-oriented architecture projects are always a plus as some features they create are for multiple apps– ideally would have created reusable features and services from other applications
• Agile team utilizing CI/CD
