10 year or above Total experience, at least 6-7 years in SFDC

Admin/developer certifications
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of business processes, data modeling, and data analysis.
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and working with Agile methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Salesforce implementation and customization projects.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or Salesforce Advanced Administrator are a plus.
Hands on design and development of Salesforce OOB and various APEX features. Develop technical specifications, process flows, application design, configuration, test processes .
Facilitate technical process analysis, develops key components of technology solutions.
