1. React Native Experience - Minimum 4 yrs - Must Have
2. Experience in React-Native-Cli, Redux, Middleware - Must Have
3. Worked in Atleast 1 project on React Native - Must Have
4. Experience in JavaScript ES6, ReactNative Stylesheet - Must Have
5. Experience in Native app development (Android/iOS) - Good to Have
6. Experience in iOS and Android App store releases - Good to Have
7. Knowledge in React Native Debugging tools – Must have
8. Knowledge in handling React Native performance issues – Must have
1. Have good expertise building Mobile applications using React Native
2. Work with Scrum Masters/Product Owners to understand the business needs
3. Should be able to design the UI of the mobile applications using wireframes and mocks
4. Should be able to call out risks or ask for immediate help when information is inadequate or if stuck
5. Should work with Backend developers, integration engineers and QA folks on regular basis to ensure the designs are integrated and tested.
6. Should be able to deploy apps in respective app stores (if needed)
7. Should participate in all Scrum ceremonies and provide valuable feedback for optimizing delivery and process improvements.
