A minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS Technical Financials modules including: General Ledger, Account payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Asset, iExp, iProc, Purchasing.

Hands-on Technical experience on PL/SQL, OAF, Oracle Workflow, Shell Scripting, Performance Tuning. Understand database concepts.

o             Prioritize and schedule work activities in collaboration with client

o             Manage day-to-day work for offshore team members

o             Provide quality review as required for specified activities

o             Capture metrics to quantify work volumes and accuracy/quality

o             Drive process development for activities:  develop operationalized processes for repetitive BAU work, document SOPs, etc.

o             Train new offshore resources as required

•             Perform same activities as offshore resources during US business hours  for GL , AP,iExpense, AR, iProc, FA  modules

•             Good knowledge in Oracle EBS technical concepts and desired Functional know-hows.

•             To possess good and clear communication (read, write and speak).

•             Status reporting, Documentation from offshore. To work directly and closely with end users.
