Job Description

Business Systems Analystwith Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience. It’s preferable if they haveHexagon(INFOR) EAM experience. The person needs a strong business analyst skillset in requirement gathering, project coordinator and as a test administrator. We would use the business analyst job description as the base.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

?        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information System,Accounting or related field from an accredited college or university. Related experience may substitute on a year for year basis foreducational requirements up to four (4) years.

Must have experience with Oracle ERP

MUST HAVE INFOR EAM or Hexagon EAM

?        Five (5) years of progressively responsibleexperience in applications or systems analyst work with systems training andteam leadership. Preferred experience in Customer Payment Systems for TransitAgencies and ERP systems  (Infor or Hexagon (HxGN)

?        Four (4) years of system or data analysisincluding query writing.

?        Three (3) years of experience with BusinessIntelligence systems, such as Power BI, Tableau, COGNOS

?        Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite,Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio

?        Structure Query Language (SQL) statements.

?        Experience and understanding of transit-orientedbusiness systems preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

?        Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

?        Detail oriented and the ability to work in ahighly collaborative environment that supports transparent communication amongstaff.

?        Experience using word processing, database,spreadsheet, and visio.

?        Excellent oral, written, and interpersonalcommunication skills.

?        Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitiveinformation.

?        Ability to manage multiple projects and meetestablished deadlines.

?        Ability to maintain an effective working relationshipwith employees, management, contractors, and the general public.
