Duties:

- Take over existing code on their computer vision project and get it across the finish line. It’s almost done, so the remaining tasks are in the debugging and finalization phase. After that they will kick start the long term IoT project.

- Work with IoT devices, write machine level code, and build AI.

- Using Python, containers, computer vision, IoT, working with machines, and streaming analytics.

Project SOW:

Client Company has been engaged to support IoT data collection and analytics for their client’s new fabrication process for precision titanium sheets. Client Company proposes the following Architecture and Proof-of-Concept (POC) Phase for the remainder of 2022:

• Stand up end-to-end environment

• Set up simulation test environment: device abstraction/messaging system, Azure IoT Hub, Databricks Bronze Layer

• Test driven development and perform tests

• Land raw cold path data in Databricks Bronze layer

• Display heads up sensor readings via either Power BI or custom web app

Client proposes the following Development Phase roadmap for subsequent phases:

• 2023 Q1 - Scale out

o Machine integrations build out

o Bring live sensors and non-sensor data on-line

o Begin framing ML model needs, Databricks Silver layer

• 2023 Q2 - Refinement

o Machine feedback

o Support ML build out

o Analytics
