15 years of relevant experience in IT
MUST HAVE experience in Financial Services / Banking
- Highly desirable experience with API ecosystem (API design, microservices, developers, UX engineering, DevOps)
- 5 years of Hands-on experience with agile tools like Jira
- Scrum master experience and well versed in agile / scrum ceremonies
- Capable of taking ownership of a project and managing a team of engineers
- Development background and experience, understanding SDLC
- Experience working with multiple teams composed up to 15 team members or more
- Experience documenting and managing Confluence repositories
- Experience with metrics-oriented reporting
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
