·         Tableau proficiency: A strong understanding of Tableau software and its various features, including creating dashboards, visualizations, and reports. Familiarity with Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop is also important.

·         Data visualization: The ability to create effective and engaging data visualizations that communicate insights clearly and accurately.

·         Data modeling and analysis: The ability to design and implement data models and perform data analysis using SQL or other tools.

·         ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) experience: Knowledge of ETL processes and tools to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into a data warehouse.

·         Business acumen: The ability to understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable insights using Tableau and other BI tools.

·         Communication skills: The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

·         Attention to detail: The ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in data modeling, data analysis, and data visualizations.

·         Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions to overcome them.

·         Teamwork: The ability to work collaboratively with other members of the development team and stakeholders across the organization.

·         Continuous learning: A willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau and BI trends, tools, and technologies and to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.
