• Experience in Business Analysis (5+ years);
• Experience with Agile Software Development (5+ years);
• Experience with Requirements Gathering (5+ years);
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation
Server (TFS) (5+ years);
• Experience with conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with client stakeholders and
subject matter experts (5+ years);
• Experiences in translating functional specification into technical specification from which programmers can
construct the solution (5+ years);
• Experience in translating the information from meetings and written materials into process models and/or
process flow models (5+ years);
• Experience in creating technical documentation and standard operating
procedures (5+ years);

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Maintain the Client’s application;
• Use state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies in information management and telecommunications to
share data daily through a seamless interface;
• Lead meetings;
• Create and validate test scripts;
• Manually test code changes;
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions;
• Perform software testing.
