Job requirements:

As an Azure Monitoring and NewRelic Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's Azure-based applications and systems are monitored and maintained efficiently. You will work closely with our development teams, infrastructure team, and operations teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, availability, and security of our cloud-based applications.

Responsibilities:

·         Monitor and maintain the health of Azure-based applications and systems

·         Configure and maintain Azure monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and NewRelic.

·         Set up alerts and notifications to proactively detect and respond to issues in a timely manner

·         Analyse application performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for optimization.

·         Work with developers to implement best practices for performance, scalability, and security in Azure-based applications.

·         Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure proper setup and configuration of Azure resources.

·         Create and maintain documentation related to Azure monitoring and NewRelic setup and configuration.

·         Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to development and operations teams as needed.

·         Manage war rooms and operations.

·         Create Standard operating procedures
