Senior Technical Project Manager to manage the design and implementation of WiFi networks. As such, the Project Manager must have specific, significant experience in the design and implementation of WiFi networks. The candidate should be able to manage the entire life cycle from requirements definition, to Heat Map generation, to development of specifications for wiring and power, to oversight of either in-house resources or the outsourcing for the procurement of materials and implementation services.

Qualifications
• Experience managing projects that involve all aspects of WiFi data networks
• Ability to deliver a quality solution on-time and on-budget
• Ability to oversee cross-functional working technical teams
• Ability to interface with and balance multiple management teams for executive support
• Ability to learn and apply specific project methodology and departmental procedures to cross-functional teams
• Ability to create and manage a project plan, track milestones, and identify dependencies
• Ability to create and execute strategies for risk/issue mitigation and contingency planning
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to interact efficiently and effectively with people of all levels of IT and business positions
• Previous experience with being a team leader and contributor – Provides leadership to build and maintain supportive relationships and commitment of team members to team goals and objectives
• Previous experience with managing multiple vendor contracts, relationships, and deliverables.
• Excellent negotiation and influence skills
• Be available to work weekends and evenings per the implementation schedule
• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT Infrastructure projects
• Project Management Certification is a plus but not mandatory
• Prior experience on projects with federal, state or local government is desirable, but not required
