·       Facilitate user story workshops for scoping projects to develop and maintain the product backlog

·       Gather, interpret, and analyze business requirements from multiple stakeholders,teams, and departments

·       Develop project plans including relevant artifacts for the program management processes

·       Communicate project status to senior management and project sponsors

·       Manage risks, issues and impediments and escalate in a timely manner

·       Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs

·       Work collaboratively with our software developers to ensure our product is meeting the business requirements

·       Work with the development teams to triage defects and ensure changes are migrated into production correctly

·       Facilitate 1st tier support for our applications in working with our software development team

·       Understand project estimates and manage the project budget once approve

*       Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

·       Familiarity with automotive or aftermarket/manufactur ing environment

·       Product/Project management skills

·       In-depth development methodology and system implementation experience.
