1.     Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and inwriting) with Department staff at various levels;

2.     A minimum of ten (10) years of IT business/industry work experience;

3.     A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in performing business analyses on IT projects;

4.     A minimum of seven (5) years of experience in developing requirements for IT projects;

5.     Experience in the use of Microsoft Visio for creating the process model diagrams;

6.     Experience with Agile methodologies;

7.     Experience translating business requirements into use cases/user stories and acceptance criteria.

Preferred Experience

1.     Experience working on Microsoft Power Platform or similar low-code/no-code platform development projects.

2.     Experience developing or improving processes that adhere to basic case management or issuance principles.

• 3.     Skills and experience in conducting meetings with individuals and groups of people to discuss business processes. The people involved may be at the manager level or end user level. People may be business-oriented or technical (IT) staff. The contractor will be expected to be the lead in all meetings and discussions related to their analysis. Experience with Joint Application Development (JAD) techniques is beneficial.
