•              Working in a fast-paced environment with business, technology, and designers to build new capabilities, platforms, features and improving existing capabilities

•              Responsible for customizing, developing, and supporting solutions on the force.com platform, drive Salesforce enhancements and improvements

•              Build integrations between salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processes

•              Developing Apex (classes and triggers) and Java Script, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce to extend Salesforce

•              Utilizing best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform

•              Possessing deeper knowledge of public Cloud architectures and systems like AWS, Azure including security aspects

•              Helping drive designs towards scalable platforms, asynchronous, functional, and reactive systems

•              Thinking on feet and solving complex business and engineering problems

•              Mentoring and guiding other engineers within the team

•              Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively

•              Verifying solutions by writing and executing automated test classes.

•              Documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and ensure code is properly documented.

•              Creating and maintaining a code repository to ensure a seamless deployment process for all team members.

•              Staying current on the latest trends and Salesforce releases.

•              Entirely self-directed, can solve business problems from inception to implementation, can solve business problems without explicit direction

Skills and Qualifications:

•              3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce developer

•              Extensive experience in designing and developing large scale technology solutions with substantial insights into Salesforce

•              Programming languages like Java/Python

•              Strong web development skills including CSS, JavaScript, HTML, XML.

•              Able to identify platform risks, issues and dependencies and communicate strategic risk to business executives and drive the mitigation across the business

•              Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder certifications are a plus.

•              Exposure to AWS and SQL is a plus.

•              Expert-level coding skills (APEX, LWC/Aura)

•              Experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities

•              Design experience in Salesforce Lightning UI

•              Experience with REST/SOAP API integration

•              Experience with system migrations

•              Extensive knowledge in modeling and application design and architecture

•              Expert knowledge in IT/Software quality assurance, system testing tools and system/application testing and implementation

•              Creative, flexible, and willing to continuously change, evolve, and improve software development processes

•              Strong time management skills and communication/leadership skills

•              Adept with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles
