- Automating processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, Email Alerts
- Driving CRM tools integration with Salesforce.com
- Performing Salesforce configuration and customization
- Building reporting dashboards to measure activities and performance
- Promoting user adoption of Salesforce
- Owning processes promoting data integrity, data governance, data hygiene and compliance
- Document business processes and system requirements
Required Skillsets:
- Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Development including custom objects, Apex, Triggers, web services, VisualForce, process builder, dynamic layouts, apps, and/or migration tools
- Experience with ZoomInfo, RIVA, CAPIQ, Tier1CRM is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model/architecture, and security model
- Manage all aspect of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles & permissions
- Ability to deal with complex data models and large data sets
- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements using declarative solutions
- Design and delivery of scalable, best practice solutions
- Exposure to DevOps tools like AutoRabit, Copado etc
Required Job Qualifications:
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)
- Salesforce App Builder certification is preferred.
