Very good hands-on knowledge on ServiceNow custom applications build using ServicePortal, UI builder etc. Must be proficient in building business process applications from scratch.
Setup Integration between ServiceNow and other systems like Jira, Workday, Qube, Archer etc., through API's (for real-time integrations) & batch integrations using SN-ETL and other file transfer methods using Python/Unix scripting.
Reporting using Performance Analytics and other reporting modules
Knowledge of GRC-IRM & Employee Portal
Working knowledge on ATF
Ability to lead the team and provide necessary technical support on day to day tasks
Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) Tech
Migrate all GRC process applications from Third Party systems like RSA-Archer, In-house applications (IBM-BPM etc), MetaData Hub and other manual processes into ServiceNow as centralized application(s).
Integrate ServiceNow applications with multiple external systems like Jira, Workday, Zip etc for data integrity and business processes.
