Job Description:

For the Scrum Master role in NYC, we need JIRA query language or JIRA Plan or how he uses the technology every day, especially JIRA-you have to dig deeper and find someone who comes from a technical or development background and turned into a Scrum Master.

Scrum roles: we are still getting resumes that sometimes don’t show enough details about the experience with Jira – it has to be described on the specific job experience (not only on the resume’s summary of experiences) and has to be specific – which Jira technologies such as JIRA, JIRA Plan, JIRA Query Language (JQL); Also the candidates must have development / technical background and we need to see it on the resume;

Requirements:

Must Have:

• Banking Sector Experience

Credit Card experience

Minimum 8-10 Years of Experience         

•    5+ years of Hands-on experience with agile tools like Jira

•    Scrum master experience and well versed in agile / scrum ceremonies

•    Capable of taking ownership of a project and managing a team of engineers

•    Development Background experience, understanding SDLC

•    Experience working with multiple teams composed up to 15 team members or more

•    Experience documenting and managing confluence repositories

•    Experience with metrics-oriented reporting
