1. Work collaboratively to develop technical requirements from business requirements

2. Design, develop and support processes, applications, systems programs to support the RS team business operations

3. Progress development activity according to identified requirements and timescales

4. Report progress and escalate issues appropriately

5. Serve as the subject matter expert, in your areas of expertise, for the team

6. Adhere to effective development governance practices and procedures across your scope of responsibilities.

7. Develop productive relationships with other subject matter experts in the company to help with collaborative development projects.

8. Work supportively with colleagues, always operating in a collegiate manner and in line with the Company s values.

Technical Competencies (Experience and Knowledge)

Proficient in systems design and development of appropriate Information Systems platforms and related technologies

Familiarity with Systems Development methodologies (Waterfall, Rapid (RAD), Agile, DevOps, etc.)

Reasonable (3-6 years) Professional experience

with some experience related to Systems Development

Some (1-2 years) experience in at least 1 Development Language or Application (VBA, Python, C++, .NET, SharePoint, Java, PowerShell, Oracle APEX, etc.) (APEX preferred)

Skills and Behavioral Competencies

Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Strong written skills to produce reports and user instructions.

Skilled in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Ability to lead requirements development working sessions.

Good interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills
