Work Setting: Limited telecommuting iscurrently an option for this position. Candidates are expected to work aminimum of three (3) full days per week in the office. The selected candidateis required to start their first day in the office. In the future, and at the Client’sdiscretion, this option may return to full-time, in the office.

Requirements:
• Availability to work occasionally on Client’ssite in Tallahassee, FL;
• Experience as a leaddeveloper (5 years);
• Experience workingwith development technologies Microsoft .NET (C#), ASP.NET/MVC, WCF/WebAPI (8 years);
• Experience workingwith JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Durandal, Knockout, etc.) (8 years);
• Experience workingwith REST, XML, JSON, HTML, Python (8 years);
• Experience with GISFrameworks (including ESRI ArcGIS) (8 years);
• Experience workingwith CSS (8 years);
• Experience withMicrosoft SQL and other Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)including Oracle;
• Experience witharchitect cloud-based applications leveraging PaaS (Platform as a Service) andIaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) offerings for leading vendors such asMicrosoft Azure and Amazon Web Services;
• Experience withObject Oriented Programming concepts;
• Experience withScrum, SAFe, DAD, or other agile approach, (highly preferred);
• Extensive experiencein updating legacy applications to service-oriented architecture (preferred);
• Bachelor’s orMaster’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relatedfield. Or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities include but are not limitedto the following:
• Work as a senior developer on various cross-functionalapplication projects, ensuring that robust and scalable solutions areimplemented;
• Collaborate with other team members and Subject Matter Experts toensure solutions are implemented according to customer requirements;
• Responsible for full lifecycle application development;
• Fully unit test all solutions prior to User Acceptance Testingand implementation;
• Initiate, drive and deliver effective experiences in partnershipwith distributed cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of thearchitectural vision are communicated, supported and delivered to the higheststandards; align core .NET based platform development initiatives with Client`sdevelopment vision, strategy and deployment;
• Develop and apply knowledge of trends, relevant softwaredevelopment technologies and methodologies.
