- 9+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Objects and/or Power BI developer
- 9+ years of hands-on experience as a database developer in Oracle.
- Strong RDBMS skills – SQL querying, writing stored procedures, triggers, functions, views, user privileges, object privileges, etc.
- Strong data analysis and design skills.
- Has done performance tuning of stored procedures and queries.
- Knows ETL processes to load large volumes of data at speed, e.g. SQL Loader.
- Excellent Knowledge of Business Objects or Power BI .
- Has experience in Linux environment and knows basic Unix commands.
- Experience working with team in Agile methodology
- Knowledge of Python is nice to have.
- Knowledge of Core Java is nice to have.
- AWS Cloud experience is a plus
- Understand glossaries and terminologies in financial industry
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
- Motivated and able to deliver end to end solutions.
- Good communication skill to both technology folks and business partners.
- Quick learner, adaptable, has the right attitude to work across teams to find and deploy solutions.
