•                     10+ years’ Experience in enterprise applications as a solution architect

•                     Experience in OOPS and Multithreading

•                     Experience in Node.js, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML 5, CSS3,React.js

•                     Experience in defining/creating SOAP & RESTful web services.

•                     Experience in JAVA/Node.js/React.js/JavaScript

•                     Knowledge of AI, NLP, ML, Chatbots will be added advantage.

•                     Bot Related Design and Implementation is required.

•                     Skillset should have the following JSON, Redis / MongoDB, Web Sockets

•                     Experience in contact center solutions

•                     Experience in reporting & analytics and Systems Integrations

•                     UI-side development experience in any one of the technologies Java Script /Angular.JS / React.JS/Vue.JS

•                     Strong leadership competencies including the ability to think and act strategically, drive for results, build a high-performance culture and inspire/teach others to perform at higher levels.
